Beverly Sloan, age 82, Morrison, Oklahoma finished her journey of life with family by her side on March 22, 2025, in Morrison. Friends may visit with the family from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Strode Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Church of Christ, Stillwater, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in Pleasant Valley/Sumner Cemetery. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Beverly was born on September 26th, 1942, in Aga, OK to Robert and Flo Miller. Beverly was one of six siblings. She grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma. After high school, Beverly worked for MerCruiser for 5 years and Charles Machine Works for 17 years.

She met her spouse, Dale Sloan, while Dale was attending Oklahoma State University. She married Dale Sloan in 1961and together they had two beautiful children. Beverly enjoyed collecting chickens and working in her flowerbeds. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and most of all her great grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing cards and dominos with family. Dale and Beverly built a beautiful life and legacy together in Morrison, Oklahoma.

Beverly is preceded in death by her mother and father, Robert and Flo Miller and her siblings, Bob Miller, Geraldine Walker, Laurina Barn, Margie Williams, Jessie Mills, and spouse Dale Sloan.

She is survived by children Debrah Higbee and Dale Wayne Sloan, grandchildren, Bradley and Kaylee Higbee, Dustin Sloan, Clinton and Randee Sloan and many great-grandchildren.
