Carol René Bilyeu passed away unexpectedly and was welcomed in Heaven by her Mom and Dad on September 3, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the Morrison Community Center.
Carol was born on October 31, 1962 in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She was a loving Mother, Daughter, Sister, and a Dear Friend to many. Carol was quick-witted and liked to joke around and have a good time with her friends. Her father always said that she wore her heart on her sleeve.
She grew up mainly in Rohnert Park, California before moving to Stillwater in the early 90's. Carol worked many years for Fireman's Fund and was a records supervisor at their Western Distribution Center, where she met the father of her two children, Danny Martinez. After Carol moved to Stillwater, she worked for the City of Stillwater for several years as a Court Clerk while she lived with her family in Morrison.
Carol is pre-deceased by her mother and father, Lowell & Alice (Redburn) Bilyeu, Grandparents, Jess and Irene Redburn, and Sue and D.H. Bilyeu.
She is survived by her children, Ashley Bilyeu and Brian Bilyeu both of Joplin, Missouri; her grandchildren, Aiden Ferrell, Cannon Yerbic, and Evelyn Yerbic; sisters Dana Bilyeu and Karen Hopkins of Tulsa and Leslie (Eddy) Dady of Perkins; her Aunt Anita Bilyeu of Crescent; sisters-in-law, Glorya Nevius and Michele (Eugene) Martinez-Duffy; her nephew, Matt Sohigian-Bilyeu; nieces Jenny (Justin) Williams, Pamela Walsh, Audrey Bilyeu, Michelle Hopkins, and Alyssa Dady as well as numerous cousins and her dearest lifelong friends.
The family would especially like to thank the dedicated ICU doctors and nurses of Stillwater Medical Center for their care of Carol.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family would appreciate contributions to help purchase a headstone for Carol when her ashes are interred in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Send to Leslie Dady, 110 Sasser Court, Perkins, Oklahoma 74059.
