With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy Lou Puffer, who left us on February 2, 2026, at the age of 58. A visitation with family greeting friends will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2026 at Strode Funeral Home. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Cindy was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, the true heart of our family. Her kindness, warmth, and unconditional love touched everyone who knew her. She had a beautiful way of making people feel safe, loved, and understood, and her presence will be deeply missed.

Cindy loved being surrounded by her family. She cherished playing pool with her mom, bingo with her best friend, and anything that involved her children and grandchildren. She found her greatest joy in being a mom and grandma, giving so much of herself to those she loved. Cindy loved with her whole heart, and if you were lucky enough to receive that love, you were truly blessed.

Cindy is preceded in death by her stepfather Leon Brown, brother Charlie Brown, grandmother Theodora Gransbury, and grandfather Raymond Gransbury.

She is survived by her mother, Noreen, and husband Floyd Lamb of Stillwater; brothers Duane and wife Sylvia of Texas, Brian Puffer and wife Becky of Stillwater, Michael Oefelein of Stillwater, and Bradley Brown of Perkins; sister Lisa Faris and husband Greg of Edmond; her firstborn daughter Naomi Puffer and granddaughters Ambrielle and Seraphina Koppel of Stillwater; daughter Nicole Hall and husband Michael, and grandson Elijah of Blanchard; son Nathan Toby and wife Kinley, and granddaughters Cali and Karly of Ripley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

We will carry her love with us always.
