Dorothy Frances German, age 98, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home on August 14, 2025.

Born on May 28, 1927, to Roy and Geneva Davis, Dorothy graduated from Stillwater High School in 1946 and soon after married the love of her life, Maris Amos "Cotton" German, on January 1, 1947, in Wellington, Kansas. They shared many beautiful years together until his passing.

Dorothy was a talented beautician by trade, but her skills and passions extended well beyond the salon. She had a true gift for crafts and was known for her creativity and attention to detail. Her love for animals was evident to all who knew her, and her home was always a welcoming place, not only for loved ones but for furry companions as well. Dorothy was also an exceptional cook, and her meals brought comfort and joy to many over the years.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Maris "Cotton" German; brother, Roy J. Davis; Parents, Geneva & Roy R. Davis; and grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. J.W. Davis.

Dorothy is survived by her devoted daughter Connie German; brother, James Davis, and many dear friends and extended family members who will miss her warmth, kindness, and unforgettable presence.
