Stillwater resident Frankie Ann Peterson, 83, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Strode Funeral Home Chapel. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangement.

Frankie was born August 18, 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Frank Wall and Alice (Truitt) Wall. She grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and graduated from high school there in 1960. She married George Grant Moore, Jr. who passed away on April 7, 1996. She later married Elbert Peterson. Frankie worked in Stillwater as an accountant for many years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed traveling, bowling (where she served as treasurer for the Oklahoma Women's Bowling Association and is inducted into the bowling Hall of Fame), and had a passion for horses and dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, a daughter: Kim McGrath, and 2 sisters, Doreen and Nancy.

Survivors include her daughter Kellie Moore of Stillwater, a son Grant Jay Moore and wife Pam of Perkins, Oklahoma, 5 grandchildren Travis Newbolt and wife Alma of El Paso, Texas, Adam Flores of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Kara Flores of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Matt McGrath of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Jeremy McGrath of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
