Gerri Lyn Thompson (Mobley) was born in Big Spring, Texas on May 15, 1953. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother (Mema), great-grandmother, and friend. She loved her friends dearly. Gerri was known for her kindness and devotion to her family. All she wanted in life was to be a mother to her three children, Vikki Lamar (Derek), Jennifer Daniel (Chris), and Clay Thompson (Tasha). They blessed her with 5 grandchildren, Zachary Lamar, Kay'D Lamar, Jeffery Thompson (Heather), Amber Kirby, and Julie Thompson. She also has 4 great grandchildren, Cassadee, Kaislee, Greyson, and Brylee. She leaves behind one brother, Don Segers (Debbie).

The family will gather to remember Gerri Lyn and cherish the memories they share and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
