Glenda was born on August 11th, 1945, in Prague, OK, to Glenn and Dora Burger. She was welcomed into eternity by her parents, two sisters, and her beloved son, Mark Lloyd Bastianelli.
Glenda made her home in Perkins, where she was a devoted member of Cimarron Valley Church. She found joy in spending time with family and friends, participating in church activities, and embracing her creative side through sewing and crocheting. She also loved the challenge of putting puzzles together and enjoyed lively games of dominoes and cards with the ladies. If you called her, you would always hear "Gunsmoke" on in the background, her absolute favorite show! On sunny days, you could often find her zipping around town in her power chair, embracing life by running errands, getting her hair done, and shopping. She loved her mini cokes, Nutter Butter cookies and hot coffee! She lived her life to the fullest.
She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory; daughter, Orlanda Huston and husband David; son, Rolland Bastianelli; granddaughters, Jessica, Katy, Violet, and Eloise; grandsons, Jeremy and Xander; great-granddaughters, Breanna, Jordyn, and Libby; and great-grandsons, Matthew, Quinton, and William; and special family related by heart, Jerri, Rhyner, & Dorothy Arthur; Shane, Sarah, Tatum, and Wyatt Dean; Stephanie, Josh, Rhylan, Raygan, and Rhys Leach and Caleb, Catie, and Callie Arthur. Her legacy of love and faith lives on through all of them.
She had a gift for listening with an open heart, always ready to lend an ear without judgment. Her wisdom and guidance were unmatched, offering the best advice with kindness and compassion. Truly one of a kind, she touched the lives of many with her unwavering support and love. She will be truly missed not just by her family and friends, but by her community.
