Stillwater resident Jack W. Reese, 73, left this world to be in a better place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. A graveside service conducted by the family will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2025 in the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery.

Jack was born November 27, 1951 in Albuquerque, NM to Jack Louis Reese and Zella Faye (Burns) Reese. He served in the United States Army and was a proud Vietnam Veteran. Jack worked at the Stillwater News Press delivering the morning papers and at Cimmaron Trails Golf Course as a groundskeeper before retiring. He loved to go camping, NASCAR races and watching tv.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard Reese.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Terrie Reese of the home, an uncle; Billy Reese and wife Wanda, a son; Tommy Reese and wife Tammy, granddaughter; Ashley, grandson; Anthony, and 2 great-granddaughters; Brooklynn and Braelynn.

The family would like to give special thanks to everyone at Karman Legacy Hospice who took wonderful care of Jack in his time of need. Also the doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapist at Stillwater Medical Center.
