Jerry Lynn Mayfield, 62, of Stillwater died February 17, 2024. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2024 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Marena Cemetery. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Jerry was born to Junior Lee and Louella (Fite) Mayfield on June 12, 1961 in Stillwater. He was a 1979 graduate of Morrison High School.

Jerry started working by riding his bike back and forth from Sonic Drive-In. Later he worked as a framer in construction and Moore Business Forms until it closed. He was currently working the night shift at National Standard. Jerry enjoyed fishing, hunting, and especially spending time with his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Loyd and Deloris Fite, and Oral and Dora Mayfield; his sister Marsha Mayfield and father Junior Mayfield.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Louella and Robert Harshman; his children, Bryan and Michico, Dustin and Heather, and Mandi Scouten; grandchildren, Tehya and husband Evan Ott, Destiny Scouten, Mahala Scouten, Alora Scouten, Gemma Scouten, Raylynn Mayfield, Arik Mayfield, Kurt Mayfield, Kelby Mayfield; sister, Joanna Price and husband Charlie; brother, Bill Mayfield and Jackie, as well as his special friend, Sandie Parent.
