Larry Gene Fry, 69, passed from this earth on December 27, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A visitation with family greeting friends will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Strode Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Sapulpa Methodist Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

Larry was born on November 30, 1956, to Lee E. and Barbara L. (Brown) Fry in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He grew up in Broken Arrow and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1975. During his school years, he was active in FFA and often spoke fondly of raising pigs. He continued his education at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Oklahoma State University.

On June 16, 1984, Larry married Saen Fry. Together they shared a loving marriage and raised one son, Phillip Fry.

In his younger years, Larry enjoyed spending time at the lake on the family dock with his cousins. Later in life, he found joy in deer hunting, fishing, camping, jet skiing, and working jigsaw puzzles.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, David Fry.

He is survived by his wife, Saen Fry, of the home; his son, Phillip Fry; his brothers, Johnny Fry and wife Kathy, and Ted Fry; his sister-in-law, Paula Fry; his nephews, Adam Fry and wife Lindsay, and John Fry and wife Tera; his nieces, Angela Bartlett and husband Jeff, and Meagen Fry; along with many other family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
