Leona Elizabeth Clinton, 89, of Ripley, Oklahoma died January 23, 2025. A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2025 in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Leona was born February 11, 1935 to Foster and Willie Beatrice (Kliebir) Moore in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was the fifth of seven children.

Leona is preceded in death by her son Charles Allen; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Burger; and her siblings, Doyle Moore, Gene Moore, Febia Moore, Idyth Moore, Robert Moore, and Royal Lee Moore.

She is survived by her daughter Debbie Mathis; her grandchildren, Jason Thompson, Angela Bartell, Christina Smith, Stacy Irons, Jason Allen, and Joshua Kimble; 16 great grandkids; 3 great-great grandkids. As well as many loved family and friends.
