On January 26, 2008 he married his beloved Susan Ammons. On December 30, 2009 they welcomed their daughter, Addison, into the world. Together, they walked hand in hand through 17 years of faithful marriage.
Les was a devoted husband, a loving father, a treasured brother, and a loyal friend to many. Above all, he was a true servant of the Lord - humble in spirit, steadfast in purpose, and passionate about people. He was proud to serve his country in the US Marines and was stationed in Okinawa. He was a well respected concrete layer who took much pride and detail in his work, making him highly sought after.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, vacationing in the mountains of Colorado, and he always enjoyed trying new restaurants, especially if there was a ribeye steak involved! He was kind to others and was always generous in giving. He always had a smile on his face and had a contagious laugh that you could hear from afar. He was so proud in his children's achievements, including sharing videos of his talented dancer Addie.
Les's life was a shining example of godliness, joy, and perseverance. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the church he served, and the prayers he prayed. Though he has finished his race, his influence will echo for generations to come.
