Loraine Margaret "Cera" German, age 88, of Stillwater, Oklahoma died Wednesday, October 12, 2025 in Perry. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Strode Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Loraine was born to James Joseph and Gemma (Cussotto) Cera on May 9, 1937 in Glendale, California. She attended Woodrow Wilson High School, Los Angeles, California and later married Billy Gene German on January 25, 1957 in Colton, California.

She was a dairy farmer and worked at Oklahoma Community Credit Union (1982-2004). Loraine's church membership was at the Mehan Union Church. Some of her hobbies are doing ceramics, playing golf, traveling and dancing.

Preceding her death are her parents and husband Billy.

Members of her family are son, Bill German and his wife Robyn; daughter Vickie Jones and her husband Frank. Also, grandchildren Shad German, Janaya Blair and her husband Josh, Candace German, Jerrica Eddy and her husband Ben, Cody German and his wife Miriam; great-grandchildren Emili, Michael, Averi, Kensley, Mason, Madison, Elliot, Maeva, Whitley, Clayton; great-great grandchild Aurelia. Brother James (Jim) and his wife Donna. Nieces and nephews Jim Cera and wife Jennifer, Steve Cera and wife Mary, and Kathy Simmons and her husband Curtis.
