Martha Elaine Bastemeyer, age 69, of Stillwater, died Saturday August 12, 2023 surrounded by family. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel. The family will gather an hour before the service to greet friends. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Martha was born to Marvin and LaWanda (Taylor) Wolff in Stroud, Oklahoma on December 28, 1953. She is a graduate of C.E. Donart High School. After graduation, she attended Oklahoma State University. She was an administrative assistant at Oklahoma State University. After her retirement, she worked for State Farm as an administrative assistant. Martha enjoyed crafting, Farkle, gardening, Oklahoma State University sports, crossword puzzles, but most of all she loved her grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Randall.

Members of her family include her sons Michael and wife Lindsey and Christopher and fiancé Abby Rowell; grandkids Kora, Jozie, and one on the way; sisters Marilyn Holba and husband Albert and Karen and husband Steve Hinchey; nieces and nephews Jeff and wife Heather Holba, Sara and husband George Chung, Katy and husband Andrew Word, Stephanie Hinchey, and Julie Hinchey; as well as great nieces and nephews, Justin, Nora, Annelise, and Shep.
