Micah Dean Hopkins, 29, of Stillwater passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025. A come and go viewing will be 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2025, at Strode Funeral Home. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel.

Micah attended Stillwater area schools all his life and graduated from Stillwater High School. He chose to follow in his grandfather's footsteps and took up plumbing for his career, he worked for Cowboy Plumbing until the time of his passing.

Micah had a love for the outdoors, often going camping and fishing in his younger years. As he grew older, he was an avid skateboarder until that sweet 16 driver's license came through, then you would find him often driving all over town in his little Honda.

Micah is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Marie Hopkins.

He is survived by his parents Michael Pogue and Christy Hopkins; his brother Malaki Pogue; sister Makiah Pogue; fraternal grandparents Leslie and Mary Pogue and his maternal grandfather Will Hopkins, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Melissa Butler, Erica Butler, Erik Harmon, Daniel Peckham Jr., Blake Peckham, and Elroy Evans. His brother Malaki will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
