Norman P. Jenkins, Jr. 56, passed away September 8, 2025 at his home in Stillwater. A graveside service conducted by the family will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2025 in the Washunga Cemetery, 2015 E. Fork Road, Newkirk, Oklahoma 74647.

Norman was born May 19, 1969, to Norman Sr. and Denise Jenkins in Burbank, California.

Norman met his wife Kimberly in college, and they married in 1989. They moved to Pawhuska where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, team roping, day working at various ranches, and then starting his welding career that would last for 30 years. When they moved to Stillwater, they purchased a small farm where he retired and enjoyed working with his farm animals.

Norm was preceded in death by his father Norman P. Jenkins, Sr., grandparents PR and Melba Jenkins, and Stanford and Matilda Burkholder.

Survivors include his wife Kim, mother Denise Huff of Cushing; brother Scott Jenkins of Flagler Beach, Florida; sister Darlyn Shenold of Glencoe; as well as many nieces and nephews, along with his Ball family.
