Patricia Jean Adame passed away peacefully with her family surrounding her on December 28, 2023 at the age of 67.
Patricia was born on June 10, 1956 in Amarillo, Texas to Ruby Jean French and Bobby Dean French. She was raised in Liberal, Kansas with her younger brother Billy French, where she attended Liberal High School.
Patricia and Randy Tim Horner were married in 1972, and had twin daughters in 1974, Randi Dawn and Kristi Jean. In 1979, they had their son, Bobby Tim. Patricia was a stay-at-home mom and very much enjoyed raising her children and participating in their activities. After the kids were older, she began her career in the medical field working as an ER and Telemetry Technician.
Patricia was the happiest when she was spending time with her family. She was a devoted mother and gave everything she had to support her children and grandchildren. Some of her favorite things to do was watch the game show network and crime dramas. She really enjoyed dancing to rock-n-roll music and participating in family game nights. Some hobbies she enjoyed were crafting, sewing and baking. Aside from her family, she always had a special place in her heart for all of her pets and critters. Above all though, she always put family first.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her grand-parents, Leonard Anderson and Ollie Anderson, her brother, many uncles and aunts, and her great-grand-daughter, Brynlee Gonzales.
She is survived by her three children, Randi Hewitt and her husband Perry Hewitt; Kristi Wheeler and her husband Patrick Wheeler; Bobby Horner and his wife Casey Powell. She is also survived by her nine grand-children and two great-grand-children; Jacob Lujan and his wife Danielle Lujan and their son Kain Lujan; Jade Gonzales and husband Josh Gonzales and their daughter Brielle Gonzales; Kaitlin Hewitt; Daniel Hewitt; Carson Hewitt; Connor Wheeler; Kirra Horner; Joey Horner and Kendall Horner.
Patricia was a loyal and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved her family fiercely and she will be missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing her.
