Russell Arthur Cornish, 62, of Coyle, Oklahoma, passed away on June 2, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Russell was born on June 3, 1963, in Apple Valley, California, to Russell R. Cornish and Deon Brennan. He grew up with a hardworking spirit that followed him throughout his life and career. Russell worked as a heavy equipment operator and took pride in the work he did, and the skills he developed over the years.
Outside of work, Russell enjoyed the freedom of the open road on his Harley motorcycle and spent many a weekend fishing. Those who knew him will remember his love for the simple joys in life.
Russell is preceded in death by his mother, Deon Brennan; and brother, Michael Cornish.
He is survived by his Father, Russell Cornish; Step-mother, Celeste Cornish; Ex-wife Melanie Cornish; and daughters, Melissa Cornish, and Savannah Lundquist
His memory will live on in the hearts of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
