Ms. Susan Lenora Williams age 75, of Chelsea OK, passed away peacefully, surrounded by
family on April 10, 2023. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.


Susan was born January 14, 1948 and spent her childhood in Owasso Oklahoma. She was mother to Toni Smith and proud, "Gammer" to five grandchildren.


She loved spending quality time with her family at her farm in Chelsea Oklahoma. Some of her
favorite activities to do with her grandchildren included picking blackberries and fishing at her
farm. Her easy-going, and youthful love of life will be missed dearly.


Susan was a proud member of the Cherokee Tribe of Oklahoma and had a strong interest in
learning about the Cherokee history and culture.


Susan was predeceased by her father Joe Butler Patton; her mother Minnie May Patton and her
brother Dick Patton (Barbara).


She is survived by one daughter Toni Smith and her grandchildren Joseph Smith, Isabelle Smith, Cecilia Smith, Samuel Smith, and Levi Smith.
