He died on August 12, 2024 at the age of 53. Todd was born on September 2, 1970 in Portland, Oregon and lived briefly in other states before settling in Oklahoma, where he remained and lived the rest of his life. Todd graduated from Blanchard High School and continued his education at Francis Tuttle with a degree in Respiratory Therapy. He spent the last seven years as the Director of Respiratory Therapy at Pawhuska Hospital.
Todd's love for his family was unparalleled, and his passion for life was evident in his favorite pastimes. He found great joy in spending time at his lake house on Table Rock Lake with his family where they enjoyed boating, skiing, and wakeboarding. Todd's love for the outdoors was also reflected in his hobby of hunting deer and turkey at his land in Mulhall, OK. Probably the greatest testament to Todd's life was the endless hours that he spent helping family and friends. The difficulty of the task or the time required was never a consideration in whether or not to help!
Todd is survived by his parents Michael and Katherine Phillips, sons Zane Phillips and Montana Simpson, daughter Sabrina Phillips and her son (grandchild) Hudson Reynolds. He also leaves behind his sister, Abby Schmidt and brothers, Adam and Zach Phillips as well as several nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to honor Todd's memory, the family requests that memorial contributions be mailed to the family at P.O. Box 173 Mulhall, OK 73063.
