Care of Deceased:

• Local transfer of deceased from place of death.
  
• Transfer to crematory of our choice.
• Required refrigeration of deceased (no embalming; 3 day maximum).
  
• Cremation at crematory of our choice.
  
• Return of ashes to funeral home for family retrieval.

Care of Family:

• None. This service is for cremation of the deceased only.

Care of Friends & Community:

• None. This service is for cremation of the deceased only.

Additional Funeral Home Support Services:

• Minimum Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff, including only essential administrative and support assistance and facility overhead.
  
• Initial arrangement and planning conference with family/responsible party during normal weekday business hours.
  
• Submission of death certificate information, initial notification of death to Social Security, and submission of information needed to obtain cremation permit from the Medical Examiner’s office.
  
• No other support or administrative services.
  
• No cash advance or merchandise charges are included.
• This service is for at-need deaths only; no guarantee of eligibility; we may, at our discretion, amend, alter, change, or discontinue this service at any time for any reason.
